These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of deaddy.it (“the Website”) and all purchases made through our online store. By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. 1. Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders may be refused, canceled, or limited at our discretion for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or compliance with regulations.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Confirmation emails are sent at each order stage.

Italy: €8, 15–20 working days.

Europe (France, Germany, Spain, UK): €20, 15–20 working days.

USA: €30, 15–20 working days.

Free shipping is available on orders over €150.

Tracking numbers are provided via email after shipment. Delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure are beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our products are made-to-order custom apparel. No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind, wrong size or color, or worn items.

For defective or damaged products, contact info@deaddy.it within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If the claim is verified, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement within 7 days of inspection.

For non-defective issues, return shipping is at your expense.

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation and only if production has not started. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

The EU withdrawal right applies only to non-custom products. Custom and made-to-order items are excluded when clearly stated at purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Payment platform fees are non-refundable.

4. Products and Availability

Product descriptions and images are for illustration purposes only; actual colors may vary due to device screens and production processes.

Size guides are provided; please review carefully before purchasing.

Stock is updated in real time; orders for out-of-stock items will be canceled and refunded.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, website designs, and images on deaddy.it are our exclusive property or are licensed to us. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

By submitting custom files or designs for orders, you grant deaddy.it a perpetual, royalty-free license solely for the fulfillment and promotion of your order.

6. User Accounts and Conduct

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account. Notify info@deaddy.it immediately of any suspicious activity.

Fraud, spam, unauthorized access, and content that infringes on third-party rights are strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are sold “as is.” We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, supply interruptions, or governmental actions.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Milan, Italy. EU consumers have all statutory rights, including alternative dispute resolution options.
