Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with total delivery in 15-20 working days from order placement. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout: €8 for Italy, €20 for other European countries (France, Germany, Spain, UK), and €30 for the USA. Free shipping applies to orders over €150.
We ship worldwide to the destinations listed in the table below using reliable carriers. Customers receive a tracking number via email once shipped. International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, payable by the recipient

return policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, as products are made-to-order or custom apparel. Returns accepted only for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery—contact support with photos. Customer pays return shipping unless our error. Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 days of inspection.
No returns for: size/color changes, wear-tested items, or non-EU orders (local laws apply).
